Mark D. Rasch, a former U.S. Department of Justice cybercrime prosecutor, is one of the country’s most experienced authorities on cybersecurity law, privacy, digital investigations and incident response. During a career spanning more than 35 years, he established the Justice Department’s original computer-crime unit, held senior cybersecurity positions at Verizon and SAIC, taught cybersecurity law and advised organizations confronting complex cyber threats.
