Session Description
Even a strong candidate can get screened out before an interview. This career readiness workshop focuses on the parts of the hiring process candidates can directly improve: your resume, LinkedIn profile, how you present experience and certifications, and how you talk about your skills in an interview. We’ll work through what hiring teams notice, common disconnects that cost candidates opportunities, and practical changes attendees can make to present themselves more clearly and competitively. Attendees will leave with a short list of actions they can put to work in their own job search.
