Session Description

A virtual career fair moves quickly, and the best conversations usually start before you enter the first booth. This short session will show attendees how to navigate the Military Hire platform, prepare a focused introduction, decide which employers to visit, and use limited time well. The goal is to enter the fair ready to have a real conversation, not simply drop off a resume.
