Cybersecurity practitioners and hiring managers will share what they have seen help people enter the field, build credibility, and move into more advanced roles.
The conversation will cover the skills and experience employers value, where certifications fit, how to present experience from another career, and what can help someone take the next step. The panel will also include perspectives from Service Members and Veterans who have translated their military experience into civilian cyber careers, with time for audience questions.
